Image is washed out and gray on the blast – This will need some fix.

I suspected video ground, but It may be the missing -5V.

<ninn> Oliveira, can I feed -5V from a second psu to a game that is powered by another psu?
<Oliveira> not the most economical idea, man
* ninn sees smoke already
<ninn> just for testing.
<Oliveira> but if the ground is common
<Oliveira> you can tie the other power supply +5v to GND
<Oliveira> and tie it’s GND to the -5V
<Oliveira> *as long only these two wires connect to the circuit and there’s no grounding on the psu connected to it’s internal GND“
<Oliveira> you understand what I mean ?
<ninn> no, sorry 🙁
<Oliveira> you have any PSU capable of 5v
<ninn> yes.
<Oliveira> which has no ground pin ?
<ninn> ignore that.
<Oliveira> something like a charger for a cell phone could work
<Oliveira> it’s very important that if you connect it’s +5v to GND
<Oliveira> the original GND from that PSU will become -5v
<ninn> oh!
<Oliveira> so it’s GND should never reach the main GND from everyone else
<ninn> ah! i see!
<ninn> ok .. sounds too risky.
<Oliveira> because it became -5v
<Oliveira> not risky
<Oliveira> -5v doesn’t need to be high current even
<Oliveira> so a measly 5v phone charger would do a fine job I suppose
<Oliveira> maybe you could then use a 12V psu and a 7905 chip instead
<Oliveira> if you’re too worried
